4. Organizational data ownership and control

Information generated within an organization belongs to that organization. Access and administration of that data are managed within the account's organizational scope.

When external providers are used, they operate with adequate security measures and under their own policies, independent of Queiros. Queiros is not responsible for errors, failures, or breaches attributable to such third parties.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security and audit records.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is completely infallible, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

8. User rights

Users may request access, rectification, update, or deletion of their data, where legally applicable. They may also request restrictions or object to certain processing, in line with applicable regulations.

9. Minors

The service is not directed to minors without appropriate legal authorization. Information uploaded without a valid legal basis may be removed.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Queiros. By using the platform, the user accepts these terms.

Queiros allows users to capture, process, and organize operational information. Users agree to use the service in accordance with the law and these terms.

2. Account and responsibilities

If the organization enables third-party integrations or services, their use is subject to the policies and terms of those third parties, independent of Queiros. Queiros is not responsible for failures, interruptions, or errors originating in third-party systems.

We may modify or update functionality to improve the service, security, or legal compliance. We may also perform scheduled or corrective maintenance.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these terms, security risks, legal requirements, or abusive use of the service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queiros shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for losses arising from use, inability to use, interruptions, or results of automatic processing that must be validated by the user organization.
